For orders shipped in the US we mail Priority Mail. Shipping Priority Mail boxes are free and you get your orders faster.
*If we are instructed to ship regular mail a $2.00 shipping and handling charge will be applied.
*To Ship UPS (Brown Truck) a $5.00 shipping and handling charge will apply.
*SHIPPING CHARGES are ESTIMATED and will vary depending on your Order, State, Flannel or Cotton, Sale Items. Your invoice will be updated manually. You will recieve your correct invoice in your package.
*We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Insurance cost are:
$1.70 for $0.01 to $50.00
$2.60 for $50.01 to $100.00
$2.60 for $100.01 to $200.00
$4.60 for $200.01 to $300.00
$5.55 for $300.01 to 400.00
$6.50 for $400.01 to 500.00
Confirmation will be on every order without insurance. An additional $0.75 will be added to shipping cost. This will give you a tracking number if needed.
Insured packages must be 28 working days late in order for us to file a claim. During the Holidays packages will take longer to get to you. **Please take this in to consideration when placing an order. If you need faster delivery please let us know.
Once your package has been shipped it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service.

Priority Mail International envelopes we have to keep envelopes to 5 to 7 yards or so of cotton and 4 yards of flannel. These envelopes can not be insured and they can not be tracked. US $12.95
Canada & Mexico - US $10.95

Airmail Parcel Post, Global Priority Mail, Economy Parcel Post is all called Priority Mail International now.

*There is now a Flat Rate Box for overseas you might want to take advantage of. The cost is US $53.95 and has a twenty pound weight limit. Approximately 35 yards of cotton can fit into one box. Approximately 22 yards of flannel. Canada & Mexico US $32.95.
Regular Size Flat Rate Box cost $41.95 we can get approximately 27 yards of cotton or 16 yards of flannel into this box. Canada & Mexico US $25.95
Your order will be weighed and if we can ship cheaper than the Flat Rate Box price we will.
*Let us know in the comments area when checking out that you would like to know shipping before cutting fabrics we can email you and give you a good idea on what it will cost and the best way to ship.
New Custom Forms have insurance on them and the dollar amount depends on weight of package. (On boxes only) They will also be able to track them after 28 business days if lost or stollen. And again we have had packages delayed but not one lost or stolen.

Place your order online, send without information that you are worried about (Credit Card No.) I will get the order. Also in Comment Section please add that you will call with this information. Call 920-226-1717. Leave your information repeat it twice. I will need credit card number, CVV number, (last 3 digits on the back of your card) and EXP Date. I will get the message I am the only one that has access to my messages. I will send you an email letting you know all is ok and that we will be mailing your package to you as soon as we can. This will be a great help.
For those of you that don't want an email sent to you then just let me know this as well.

Billing and Returns:
Effective As of November 2005.
Cut fabrics and special orders are not returnable: No exceptions.
If the fabric is defective by the manufacture tears or color by their standards Email me I will give you instructions on what to do.
No unauthorized returns will be accepted. They will be automatically returned.
Always Open Quilt Shop LLC has the right to refuse or cancel any order placed.
If you need a sample to be sure let us know. We will be glad to send you one.
Special Orders require a deposit which will not be refunded if you would cancel.
All Returns if authorized will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
This will be at the discretion of Always Open Quilt Shop LLC.
